Every Living Thing
Every Living Thing (ELT) works to improve the lives of all animals in Tanzania. ELT is based in Dar es Salaam and operates as an animal shelter and rescue center. It's work includes rehabilitation and rehoming programs, education, community outreach and population control initiatives.

Thaurat's Education
Thaurat is the daughter of Mwinyi, one of our best friends in Tanzania. Thaurat was struggling in her underfunded public school in the outskirts of Dar es Salaam. Mwinyi has been raising Thaurat on his own. He is a loving father and has been fighting for his daughters education for years. With limited financial means, he was unable to afford a better school for Thaurat. Together with Mwinyi, we implemented a plan to finance Thaurat's furhter education at a good private school, where Thaurat has been studying for the last two years.

In these two years, Thaurat has made incredible progress, improving her grads every term and building confidence in herself and her capabilities. She loves her new school and wants to become a doctor. Thaurat is graduating primary school and her next chapter is the start of secondary school.
